The architect Mallory Mae Conway joined the team of Jodoin Lamarre Pratte in 2018 with extensive experience in the institutional and commercial fields. Very versatile, she is in charge of a wide array of projects at the firm. She is, for instance, the project managers of several refurbishment mandates at Montréal-Trudeau airport, whose purposes are to provide a better experience to all users through the modernization of existing facilities, to improve operational efficiency, and to make sure the spaces respect the ever-evolving and complex standards of the air transportation sector. She has carried out many refurbishment projects and therefore knows how to compose with existing conditions, very restricted intervention areas, and the specific needs of all stakeholders, to develop optimal solutions that respect their approved timeline and budget as well as operational activities.
As a director she is, among other tasks, involved in maintaining the firm’s high quality standards through the ISO 9001 certification, and she co-pilots the Social and the Project Management Committees.
