Vincent Marcoux

Vincent Marcoux joined Jodoin Lamarre Pratte architectes in 2007 as part of the site supervisory team and was promoted to director in 2013. Vincent meticulously applies recommendations from contractual documents, and he consistently follows directives in order to ensure cost and schedule control. As site supervisor, he is responsible for coordinating professionals, holding meetings, preparing site instructions, change orders, payment certificates and completion of work. He is familiar with the administration of construction contracts realized in flat-rate as well as construction management. He has been responsible for several monitoring mandates of diverse nature and scope since his involvement with Jodoin Lamarre Pratte architectes, including two LEED projects.
Since 2007 he has worked on various complex sites for Aéroports de Montréal, especially at the Montréal-Trudeau international airport, and has been able to develop a general overview of the modes of operation and issues related to construction work in an operating environment where safety is of foremost importance. His knowledge of facilities, stakeholders and client expectations, in addition to his availability and expertise in construction supervision, contributed to the success of the projects in which he was involved.
