A third member of our team obtains PMP® certification
Jodoin Lamarre Pratte architectes wishes to highlight the ongoing professional commitment of one of its team members, André Allard, who recently obtained PMP® (Project Management Professionnal®) certification. Allard exceeded the requirements of the Project Management Institute (PMI) exam. Recognized worldwide and issued by the PMI, this certification attests to a professional’s capacity to manage complex projects using either predictive, hybrid, or agile methods. It also validates expertise in managing human resources, processes, and business priorities.
André Allard has held a new project management position within the firm since 2023. In this role, he actively contributes to the planning, monitoring, and coordination of large-scale institutional projects, ensuring that administrative, contractual, and organizational aspects are seamlessly integrated. Recognized for his rigorous application of project management methodologies, he also develops tools and implements practices to support the design and implementation teams. Through his structured and collaborative approach, he not only ensures that objectives for quality, schedule, and budget are achieved, but also that the firm continues to develop its project management capacity.
Following a degree in industrial design from the Université de Montréal and a DESS in project management from the Université de Québec à Montréal, Allard will soon obtain his master's degree.
Note that architects Karima Chami and Makar Barsoom also hold PMP certification, affirming the firm’s expertise and know-how in project management.
