Execution of the 2nd phase of the new CHUM

Jodoin Lamarre Pratte architectes was chosen to carry out the 2nd phase of the new CHUM, which will be built at the corner of René-Lévesque and Saint-Denis streets. This last phase of 70,000 m² spread over 15 floors will house outpatient clinics, a medical library, administrative spaces, a 500-seat auditorium and a parking lot with a capacity of 800 cars. The demolition of the former Hôpital Saint-Luc is currently underway to free the site to be built.
The firm also participated in the construction of the CHUM Research Center, a LEED Gold certified project adjacent to the first phase of the new CHUM and delivered in accordance with budgets and deadlines in the fall of 2013.
