We are pleased to announce that our office expansion project has been nominated in the categories Commercial Building - less than 1000 m² and Innovative Solutions at the [Cecobois 2021 Awards of Excellence](https://cecobois.com/evenements/prix-dexcellence-cecobois/.

"The desire to build the project in wood quickly emerged in the thought process. This expansion is indeed an opportunity for the firm to continue developing its knowledge of this type of construction, to reduce the environmental footprint of its buildings and to actively participate in the development of wood construction in the non-residential sector in Quebec. Reflecting the principles of sustainable development dear to our practice, the deployment of an innovative structural solution composed of a mixed structure of steel, concrete and engineered wood allowed the expansion project to qualify for the Programme de Vitrine Technologique - Solutions Innovante en bois of the Ministère des Forêts, de la Faune et des Parcs."
