Redevelopment of spaces vacated by the Critical Care Pavilion at the Jewish General Hospital
Following the relocation of many of the Jewish General Hospital's functions to the critical care pavilion completed in 2016, Jodoin Lamarre Pratte architectes is continuing its collaboration with the institution in reorganizing and reallocating spaces that have become vacant in the existing pavilions. Following the development of the functional and technical program in 2019, this major mandate consists of redeveloping approximately 35,000 m² through the realization of several sub-projects that will be progressively delivered until 2027.
Many areas of the hospital will be renewed: admissions, pharmacy, soiled dock, triage center, orthopedic clinic, nuclear medicine, endoscopy unit, medical imaging, as well as many care units—surgery, internal medicine, family medicine, oncology, geriatrics, palliative care, post-partum care, etc.
