Recognized for his competence, calm, and professionalism, Charles-André has extensive experience in the technical design of the building envelope, as well as in supervising teams in the production of working drawings. With the firm since 2005, he has worked on numerous redevelopment, renovation, and expansion projects at Montréal-Trudeau International Airport, such as the expansion of the international pier, which received LEED Silver certification in 2017. His career highlights include the housing for the Grey Nuns of Montréal; Hydro-Québec’s 315/25-kV Bélanger Substation; Montréal métro’s Côte-Vertu underground garage and access buildings; and the critical care pavilion at the new hospital complex in Québec City.
As Technical Director, his missions are to research construction details and to act as the firm’s point-person for developing technical solutions. He also creates and implements working tools to improve internal processes by facilitating information access for the analysis and classification of data in envelope design.
