Stéphanie Girardeau is a versatile, committed, rigorous, and motivated architect, acting as a project manager and interdisciplinary coordinator, particularly in the healthcare field. She has been involved in an impressive number of projects of all scales since joining the firm in 2010. Among her major achievements are the technical proposal for the new Maison Radio-Canada; the redesign of Ubisoft Montréal’s offices; the Regional Cancer Treatment Centre at Rouyn-Noranda Hospital; and Integrated cancer treatment centre of the CHU de Québec-Université Laval.
Stéphanie Girardeau is also a designer for clinical settings, experienced in redeveloping entire departments or specialized wards of existing hospitals. By focusing on patient wellbeing, her approach skillfully reconciles the clinical needs of patients with the technical requirements of such projects. She also has expertise in the complex integration of medical equipment and the protection from radiation in oncology and medical imaging projects.
As Director, she is responsible for codes, standards, and classification within the firm. She oversees these key aspects on several projects, and also contributes to welcoming new employees and training the next generation.
