We are pleased to announce that our ISO 9001 certification has been renewed for the 23rd consecutive year. This year, the external auditor wanted to highlight the performance and maturity of the firm's quality system organized according to the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 standard, a service management standard that aims primarily to reduce errors and non-conformities through greater control of our processes.

Adherence to the ISO standard represents an opportunity to showcase our management capacity and to provide ourselves with a tool for continuous improvement of the management process in order to ensure the best possible service to our clients within a framework of mutual trust and satisfaction.

Consequently, the auditor recommends the renewal of our certification for the next three years, from 2022 to 2024.
