Sylvain Morrier was promoted to director in 2006 and then to senior partner in 2011. He is primarily responsible for construction administration and site supervision, human resources management and continuing education, and the execution of technically demanding projects.
Sylvain is involved from the very first stages of projects, including programming, conceptual studies and design, to the supervision of works. This diversity, both in the projects and in the tasks assigned to him, has allowed him to develop solid background and an excellent sense of organization. He has developed a specific skillset in projects of a highly technical nature, mainly in the fields of health, research and education. The new critical care pavilion of the Jewish General Hospital (2016 / 85,000 m² / $315 M), a mega-project of great technical complexity where he was responsible for supervising the work, is one of the greatest achievements of the firm. It is with thoroughness, professionalism and deep interest that he carried out a number of supervisory duties for large-scale and technically demanding projects. His site supervision experience is a major asset in the preparation of plans and specifications and all other types of contractual documents within the firm. As an efficient worker who excels in problem solving, his approach is proactive and defined by the effective planning of deliverables.
